Shipping Damage: In the unfortunate event that your artwork is damaged during transit, you have the option to request a free replacement or opt for a full refund.
Art Return Policy for Customized Orders: For art customized in terms of color or size, returns are not accepted once you have received the painting. Returns for customized artworks will incur a $100 material fee before shipping.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order to get a FULL refund, you only need to pay the freight for the return. (Please note, if there is a return tariff, it’s also borne by the buyer).
Conditions for Return: To initiate a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:
- The request is made within 30 days of receiving the artwork.
- The artwork remains in the condition it was received, and is repackaged in its original packaging or similar protective packaging.
- For damaged artworks, photographs documenting the damage are required to help us understand what went wrong with the shipment.
*If the original packaging was insufficient, please repackage the artwork as securely as possible, and ensure to document this for insurance reasons.
Please note: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return, followed by an additional 14 days to complete the return process.
Space Incompatibility: If the artwork is not suitable for the intended space within your home (the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs), a full refund will be processed once the artwork is received back at our facility.
